My name is Mike, and I'm on a mission.
I want to help as many pharmacists as possible achieve financial independence.
Pharmacy is broken. Many pharmacists are overworked, underpaid and under intense pressure. Something has to change. Some believe lobbying government, professional organizations and regulators are the way to fix these problems. Not me.
I want to help pharmacists become financially independent from their apathetic employers. If we can free good pharmacists from their need for large paychecks, we can force change from within. These corporations cannot function without pharmacists to staff their pharmacies.
As they falter, good employers can take market share and expand to hire pharmacists. Pharmacists can also become empowered to branch out and pursue their passions and start their own businesses.
This will allow pharmacists to force the changes they want to see as opposed to some outside regulators that may not completely understand the issues at hand.
I understand not all pharmacists are dissatisfied with their current position. I am one of them. But for those who have rising anxiety when reporting to work, this is crucial.
I used to be that pharmacist. I would flinch every time my phone rang for work. My stomach would tighten up while I was driving in. I couldn't wait for my shifts to end. I finally got fed up and took a pay cut to change employers. It turned out to be the best professional decision I ever made.
Not everyone can afford to take the cut. Thats where I come in.
Everyone can benefit from increased financial literacy. However, those who feel stuck stand to benefit the most.
Please contact me if you need help reaching your financial goals.
